These Terms & Conditions apply to the Clarity and Strategy Session provided by Nobrand London Ltd, trading as Fashion Brand Advisor.

1. Purpose of the Form

This questionnaire is designed to assess your business’s current state and inform a one-to-one Clarity and Strategy Session with Fashion Brand Advisor. Your responses will help tailor the session to your specific goals and challenges.

2. Confidentiality & Data Handling

All information you provide is treated as confidential and will not be shared with any third parties without your explicit written consent.
Your data will be stored securely and only accessed by the Fashion Brand Advisor team for the purpose of delivering services to you.
We do not request or store any sensitive personal data (e.g. passwords, personal ID numbers, or private client data) through this form.
By submitting the form, you consent to the use of your information for service preparation and communication related to your session.

3. Limitation of Advice

The Clarity and Strategy Session is designed to offer business guidance based on your input. It does not constitute legal, accounting, or regulated financial advice.
You are solely responsible for the business decisions made following the session.

4. Intellectual Property

Any templates, tools, frameworks or strategy documents shared during or after the session remain the intellectual property of Fashion Brand Advisor and are licensed for personal use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute or sell any materials provided without written permission.

5. Payment & Cancellation (if applicable)

If this session has been booked as a paid service, full payment must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Nobrand London Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from advice or guidance given during the Clarity and Strategy Session.

7. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Acceptance

By submitting the form or participating in the Clarity and Strategy Session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
