The starting point
McJordan had a vision, samples in hand, and a brand waiting to exist. What he needed was a clear path from idea to market.
The work
We built the brand DNA from the ground up, defining exactly who J.Zamani is and why it matters. From there came a go-to-market strategy with real sequencing and timelines, a financial model strong enough to present to investors, and a production partnership with a Portuguese factory delivering the craftsmanship affordable luxury demands.
